How it Began

Back in 1995 Monte first carved a logo into a tree on a desolate site in Gladstone, this was to become his trade mark for Kin Kora Village. So over grown the street wasn't even named which gave Monte the opportunity to name it Olsen Ave.

Over the years the park has developed into a Tourist and Residential park offering a range of facilities for travelers coming to the Gladstone Region.

 Its great location makes a perfect affordable way of retirement. There are many happy residence already enjoying the park but occasionally a home will become available so please call Monte for information on homes for sale.

Today you will still find Monte running and managing the park giving that personal touch and local knowledge of the area.
